Bonuses
Spinko runs a five step casino welcome package, a three step sports package, a Wednesday reload, a weekend reload and a daily cashback. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and the deposit bonuses are not cumulative.
The casino offers are not as uniform as they look. Four of them wager at 40x the bonus and one at 45x, and the weekend reload is not a bonus at all but real cash at 3x. Those differences matter more than the percentages on the tiles.
Casino Welcome Bonus
Five deposits from a €25 minimum, taken in sequence. The percentages run 100, 80, 70, 50 and back to 100, so the package dips in the middle rather than tapering.
Four steps stop at €500 of bonus and the second stops at €200. The first and fifth fill at €500 deposited, the second at €250, the third at €714 and the fourth at €1,000. Every step carries a Wheel Respin, which the terms do not describe, so treat it as an extra rather than as part of what you are buying.
The spins are all Hacksaw titles: Wanted Dead or a Wild, Mortal Oath, Duel at Dawn and Pirate Bonanza. Worth noting that the bonus terms say 100 spins on the first deposit while the promotion tile says 110. Both figures are published by Spinko and the terms are the document that governs, so plan on 100 and treat any extra as a bonus.
What the Percentage Decides
Both the wagering and the conversion limit are worked out from the bonus rather than your deposit. So €100 of bonus means €4,000 to bet on the welcome steps, after which that bonus converts to at most €500.
Both are attached to the bonus and not to your account. Clause 11 spends your withdrawable money before it touches bonus money, and clause 10 leaves the remaining funds available if you withdraw early, so which of the two balances the money sits in decides what you keep.
What the percentage changes is how much of your own money buys that €100: €100 at 100%, €125 at 80%, €143 at 70%, €200 at 50%. The first and fifth steps are the cheapest way into identical terms, and the fourth at 50% is the most expensive and the only one without spins.
Free Spins and the Hundred Euro Limit
Spin winnings wager at 35x rather than the 40x on cash, which is slightly lighter. The constraint sits elsewhere, and Spinko applies it twice: €100 is the most that can reach your bonus balance from spin winnings, and €100 is the most that can then be released to your real balance. Anything above either figure is removed.
That limit does not move with the spin count. The 50 spin drop on the second deposit and the 100 spin drops elsewhere all run into the same €100, which makes the spin count a measure of how long the round lasts rather than of what it can pay. Worth holding against the other free spin offers open to you.
Sports Welcome Package
Three deposits from a €25 minimum: a No Risk Bet at 100% up to €200, then a Free Money Bet at 100% up to €300, then a Free bet at 150% up to €500.
Wagering is 5x the bonus across all three, the maximum stake is €50 and the bonus runs for seven days.
The Package That Climbs All the Way
This is the part worth understanding before the first sports deposit. Both the rate and the cap rise at every step: 100% up to €200, then 100% up to €300, then 150% up to €500.
Almost every welcome package descends. This one improves three times over, and the third step is the best offer of the three by a distance. At 150%, €100 of bonus costs €67 of your own money, and the €500 cap fills at €333 deposited, which is well under the bonus it produces.
So a fixed budget spread evenly across the three steps gets less than the same budget weighted toward the last. That is a planning decision, and it has to be made before the first deposit because the steps run in order. Compare the qualifying rules against the other sportsbook offers before you start.
Those rules are where the work is. Singles count at odds of 2.0 or better, combinations need three or more selections with every leg at 1.5 or better, and handicaps, totals, over and under, even and odd and virtual sports do not count at all. Only your first bet on an event counts, and cashing out removes that bet from the total. On the third step, which is a Free bet, using only part of it cancels the remainder.
The Rule That Costs the Most
While a casino bonus is active, placing a sports bet is prohibited, and the prohibition covers your own money as well as bonus funds. The stated penalty is immediate cancellation of every active bonus and forfeiture of any winnings attached to them.
So a small bet on a football match from your own balance, made while a casino bonus is running, can cost the bonus and everything it produced. Nothing on the promotion pages says this. The sports bonuses are excluded from the rule, as are the weekly and weekend sports offers and sports cashback.
Wednesday Reload, and the Only 45x on the Site
50% up to €500 with 50 free spins, from a €25 minimum, on a Wednesday. It looks like the weekend and welcome offers and it is not priced like them.
The wagering here is 45x the bonus rather than 40x. Filled to €500, that is €22,500 to bet inside ten days at €5 a spin, against €20,000 on a welcome step of the same size. The extra 5x is €2,500 of additional betting for nothing extra in return, since the conversion limit stays at five times the bonus.
It is still a reload offer worth taking if you play midweek anyway. It is just the most expensive multiple on the site, and the tile does not draw attention to it.
Weekend Reload, Paid as Real Cash
This is the most unusual offer here and the smallest. 50% of a Friday to Sunday deposit, from a €50 minimum, capped at €50 of extra cash, with a Wheel Respin.
Two things separate it from everything else on the site. The terms describe it as real cash funds rather than bonus money, and the wagering is 3x. Deposit €100 and you get €50, which needs €150 of play to release. That is a figure a normal session clears, and it is the only offer here you could realistically finish in one sitting.
The weekend terms state no conversion limit on it. The general bonus terms cap all deposit bonuses at five times the bonus. Both are published by Spinko and the weekend page is the one specific to this offer, so read both before you claim.
The cap is the point to be clear about: €50 is the most the offer will ever give you, however much you deposit above €100. Judged as a small, nearly wager free top up it is good. Judged as a reload it is not comparable to the Wednesday one, which caps ten times higher and asks 45x instead of 3x.
Daily Cashback, Paid in Real Cash
The cashback is a percentage of each day’s losses, calculated after accrued bonuses, withdrawals and the previous day’s cashback are taken out. The terms describe it as cashback in real cash and state no wagering requirement against it.
It is credited automatically between 06:00 and 10:00 UTC with a €1 minimum, and the rate runs on a thirty level VIP ladder: 10% at levels 1 to 5, 12% at 6 to 10, 13% at 11 to 15, then single steps from 15% at level 16 up to 35% at level 30.
A return calculated on what you lose rather than on what you deposit behaves differently across a month, and it only pays when you have lost, which is the trade. Compare it with the other cashback deals available where you are.
Licence and Governing Law
Spinko publishes no licence number and names no operating company anywhere in its terms, its bonus terms or its anti money laundering policy. The word Company appears throughout without ever being defined.
What the terms do state, in clause 25.6, is that they are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. The anti money laundering policy refers twice to jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, which is the regulator for that jurisdiction.
So Spinko is an Anjouan facing operation rather than a Curacao one, which puts it in a different group from most offshore casinos and matters when you are comparing what a licence actually protects. The terms carry a date, 6 January 2026, which makes it possible to tell when they last changed.
The Withdrawal Limit That Halves When You Win
This is the term on the site that deserves the most attention, and it works in the opposite direction from what anyone would expect.
Clause 8.6 sets a monthly withdrawal maximum of €10,000. But if your balance is at least ten times larger than the total of your deposits, the maximum drops to €5,000 per month.
Read that twice, because it is the reverse of a normal limit. The better your result relative to what you put in, the less you can take out in a month. Deposit €200 and build it to €2,000 and you are in the lower bracket. A €20,000 win on a €200 deposit would take more than three years to pay out at €5,000 a month.
Nothing about this is hidden, it is written plainly in clause 8.6, but no promotion page mentions it and it is the single figure that decides what a large win is worth here. How withdrawal limits work covers why operators set them and what to look for. The minimum withdrawal is €20, and withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with.
Verification, and When It Triggers
Spinko uses a risk based three tier model: simplified checks for very low risk activity, standard customer checks in most cases, and enhanced checks for high risk customers, large transactions or special cases.
Two things make the full process compulsory. Either your lifetime deposits pass €5,000, or you request a withdrawal of any amount. The second one is the practical trigger: verification happens before your first payout regardless of size, so it is worth completing early rather than at the moment you want paying.
You will need a government issued photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill. Two details catch people out: the ID must not expire within the next three months, and the proof of address must be dated within the last three months.
Separately, an anti money laundering rule applies whether or not you take a bonus: your deposit has to be played through three times before any withdrawal.
What You Cannot Play With a Bonus Active
Slots count in full toward the wagering. Table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and crush games all count nothing, so there is no way to shorten it by switching category.
On top of that, Spinko names roughly ninety slots that cannot be opened at all while a bonus is in the account, and the list includes some of the most played titles in the market, Starburst and Book of Dead among them. Live casino is closed to bonus play entirely, so if that is how you play, the offers built for live tables are a better fit.
A separate list of older slots counts only 20% of each bet. All of it is in the operator’s bonus terms and that is the version to check, since lists like these change without notice.
Crash and Instant Games Count for Nothing
This deserves its own section because of how many people it affects and how little warning it gets.
Spinko’s zero contribution list is not the short list of old slots you usually find. It runs to several hundred titles and it swallows the entire crash and instant game category: Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Plinko in all its versions, Mines, Limbo, Hi-Lo, Balloon, Chicken Road, Dice, Goal, Penalty Shoot-out and a long tail of others.
If those games are how you play, a Spinko casino bonus contributes nothing at all while you play them, and the main weighting table already puts crush games at 0% as a category. The bonus is a slots product and nothing else. That is a legitimate way to build an offer, but it is worth knowing before you deposit rather than after 200 spins of Aviator have moved the wagering not at all.
The Lucky Box
The Lucky Box is a virtual chest opened with either real money or Coins, an internal currency that cannot be withdrawn. It holds randomly drawn prizes, and you choose how many to draw, from one to five, with the cost shown before you confirm.
The payout rule is what makes it worth describing. Winnings from Lucky Box prizes go straight to your real balance with no wagering attached, which is unusual for a feature of this kind. Free spins won from it must be used within ten days.
Two things belong next to that. The terms state that the probability of each prize type is not publicly disclosed, and the feature is described as being in beta testing, with the operator disclaiming liability for losses caused by malfunction during that stage.
VIP Levels, Tournaments and the Bonus Map
The VIP programme is the spine of the site rather than a side feature, because it sets the cashback rate and runs to thirty levels. Moving up changes a payment you receive every day for as long as you play, which is a different kind of reward from a one off bonus.
Alongside it sit tournaments, a daily bonus map and a loyalty programme. Prizes and the offers on the map rotate, so the durable part is the mechanic: you are scored on play rather than on deposits, and rewards arrive as spins, Coins or bonus money rather than as cash.
Five Smaller Terms Worth Knowing
None of these is unusual on its own. Together they describe how the operator handles disagreement, which is worth knowing before you have one.
Total liability to you is capped at the value of the bets in question or €500, whichever is lower. Disputes about a settled bet must be raised within three days of the wager being decided, and results are final after 72 hours. A chargeback carries a €50 administration fee on top of the amount. Using a VPN or proxy to mask your location is prohibited outright. Self exclusion is available by emailing support from your registered address and takes effect within 24 hours.
Choosing Between the Offers
If you bet sports, the sports package is the strongest thing here and the third step is the reason. 150% up to €500 at 5x is the best rate and the biggest cap, and it fills at €333.
If you play slots, the first and fifth welcome steps at 100% are the cheapest entry to identical terms. Take the Wednesday reload knowing it costs 45x rather than 40x, and take the weekend one for what it is, a small real cash top up at 3x rather than a reload.
Whatever you take, the two terms to read before depositing are the sports betting prohibition, which can cost a whole casino bonus, and clause 8.6, which decides how long a large win takes to reach you.
