Bonuses
Snatch runs a four step welcome pack, a four step VIP pack for large deposits, daily and weekly cashback, a seven day onboarding marathon, a referral programme with its own weekly tournament, wager tournaments and jackpots. It is a crypto first casino: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, USDT on two networks and other coins, with the euro as the only fiat option.
One thing shapes every offer here. Bonus funds are not a balance, they are a separate currency called SND, held in its own account and pegged one to one with USDT. That changes how the offers behave, so it has a section of its own rather than a footnote in the terms.
Welcome Bonus Pack
Four deposits, 450% in total with 325 free spins. The match runs 200%, then 100%, 50% and 100%, with 100 free spins on the first step, 75 on the second, 50 on the third and 100 on the fourth. The first deposit starts from €9, with the bonus capped at €879.
The First Step Is the Best One, and It Is Not Close
The wagering is 30 times the deposit plus the bonus on every step. Not thirty times the bonus. Thirty times the two added together, which is a different calculation entirely and the thing worth understanding before taking any of these.
Because the deposit sits inside the sum, a bigger match percentage is not just more money. It is better money, because the deposit’s weight gets diluted. At 200% the bonus is twice your deposit, so the two together are three times it and you bet ninety times your deposit. At 50% the two together are only one and a half times it, and you bet forty five times.
Ninety sounds worse than forty five. Measured against what it unlocks, it is twice as good. On the first step you bet 45 times the bonus to clear it. On the third you bet 90 times the bonus. The two 100% steps sit between them at 60 times.
In euros, at €100 a step: the first gives €200 of bonus for €9,000 of betting. The third gives €50 for €4,500. Half the requirement, a quarter of the bonus.
So if you take part of this pack rather than all of it, take the first step. It is the largest bonus, the best ratio and the cheapest entry at €9, which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
What You Can Take Out
The payout from the bonus is capped at five times the bonus you received. Because the bonus scales with the match, so does the cap: a €100 first deposit at 200% produces €200 of bonus and a €1,000 limit, while the same €100 on the third step produces €50 and a €250 limit.
That limit is measured against the bonus, not against your account. Your real money is spent first and the bonus only becomes available once it has gone, which is the standard non sticky arrangement applied to a currency instead of a balance. What you win on your own stake, before you ever reach the bonus balance, is not measured against the five times figure.
Snatch’s bonus policy states that the welcome bonus carries a maximum cashout without printing the number in the policy itself. The figure that applies is shown against the bonus when it is credited to your account, and that is the one that governs.
VIP Offer
A separate pack for large deposits: a first deposit of at least $2,000 and later deposits of at least $500. The match runs 150%, 100%, 100%, 150%, each capped at $15,000 of bonus, with a $60,000 total and 100 free spins per step.
The terms improve across the board. Wagering drops to 25 times deposit plus bonus, you get 10 days per bonus, and the payout limit rises to ten times the bonus rather than five. Free spin winnings carry 40x wagering with a $250 maximum cashout.
That ten times figure is not in the published VIP terms, which describe the limit only as a specific multiple of the bonus without naming one. The operator confirmed it directly. At the $2,000 entry it means a $3,000 bonus can turn into $30,000, against $125,000 of betting inside ten days.
One clause decides whether you finish the pack. Under 4.10, if your first deposit qualifies but a later one falls below $500, you keep the first bonus and the VIP standing and lose the remaining steps. Worth reading against the other high roller offers before committing at this level.
SND, the Bonus Currency
Every bonus at Snatch is credited as SND, pegged at 1 SND to 1 USDT and held in a separate bonus account. Keeping bonus funds apart from real money is normal. Making them a currency of their own is not, and it changes what the wagering will accept.
SND clears wagering on Snatch slot games only. The bonus account can also be used on six Evolution live titles, MONOPOLY Big Baller, Mega Ball, Crazy Time, Monopoly, Funky Time and Dream Catcher, but bets there contribute nothing toward finishing. That is the gap that catches people: the money is spendable in places where it does not count. Most casinos reduce a contribution to 10% or 20% outside slots. Here it is zero.
Two further rules sit at the far end. Once the wagering is done and the SND balance is at or above your payout limit, SND stops being playable across every game until you convert back down below it. And under 2.12, converting bonus winnings into real currency and carrying on betting does not release the cap: it still applies to what follows.
The policy gives its own worked example. A player holding 30 SND with a 150 SND limit who wins 800 SND and withdraws gets 150 converted, and the other 650 is removed.
A Real Money Withdrawal Empties the Bonus Account
This is the most expensive rule in the documentation and the easiest one to trigger without meaning to.
Clause 2.10: withdrawing real currency, fiat or crypto, resets the SND balance to zero, and every unused free spin with it. Their own example is a player holding $50 and 100 SND who withdraws the $50, and loses the 100 SND and all their spins in the process.
That is not the ordinary penalty for cashing out early. It clears the bonus account outright, each time, and it is triggered by something people do without connecting it to the bonus at all. Withdrawing before wagering is finished costs something everywhere. Here it costs everything in the bonus account.
The habit that avoids it is simple: decide whether you are playing for the real balance or the bonus, and do not move real money out while a bonus is live.
Daily and Weekly Cashback
Two independent programmes of 10% each, which is where the advertised 20% comes from.
Daily cashback is 10% of your net losses between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC, calculated at 01:00 UTC the next day, and it must be claimed within 24 hours or it expires. Weekly cashback is 10% of net losses from Thursday 00:00 UTC to Wednesday 23:59 UTC, released Thursday at 12:00 UTC, with seven days to claim. Unclaimed cashback cannot be restored.
Both are paid to your real money balance rather than as SND, both carry a 3x wagering requirement, and neither has a maximum cashout. The minimum payment is $0.20.
No payout limit is the part worth noticing, because most cashback offers cap what the rebate can become. Only bets marked with the Cashback On icon count, and bonus funds, free bets, live games, baccarat and crash games are excluded unless a VIP manager has agreed individual terms. Sports bets count once the result is known. A rebate calculated on losses rewards regular play rather than one large deposit, and at 3x with no cap this is a reasonable version of it.
The Active Balance Rule
This is the part of the cashback that surprises people, and Snatch documents it more openly than most casinos would.
Cashback is capped by your Active Balance: total deposits, minus total withdrawals, minus losses already covered by earlier cashback. If your losses over the period are larger than that figure, the rebate is calculated only up to it.
Their own example: you deposit $300 and lose $150, so the weekly cashback is $15. But if you had withdrawn $200 earlier and already taken cashback on $100 of losses, your Active Balance is zero and nothing is paid.
So the 20% applies to money still in play rather than to everything you have lost. Withdrawing reduces it. Claiming cashback reduces it. It is an honest design, and it is worth understanding before relying on the headline figure.
The Newcomer Marathon
A seven day onboarding promotion that runs from the exact minute you register, and it is the most unusual thing on the site.
You complete daily tasks to earn Keys, then spend the Keys on Chests containing free spins, deposit bonus codes, increased weekly cashback or no deposit bonuses. Additional tasks run across the whole week rather than on a set day.
Two mechanics decide whether you finish it. The seven days are measured from your registration timestamp, not from midnight, so an account opened at 11:13 on the first has until 11:13 on the seventh. And each day’s tasks unlock 24 hours and one minute after the last, so the schedule drifts forward by a minute a day rather than resetting.
The Chests cannot be opened until the Marathon is over, from the start of the eighth day. So the Keys are worth nothing until the week is finished, which makes this a promotion you either commit to for seven days or skip. It is once per person and once per account, first time registrants only, and what the Chests actually contain is set out on the Marathon rules page rather than in the bonus policy.
Any no deposit bonus that comes out of a Chest is capped at €100 of winnings under policy 1.18, and requires a deposit of at least $25 before those winnings can be withdrawn. Worth knowing before the Keys are spent, and worth comparing against the standing no deposit offers elsewhere.
The Referral Balance Has No Wagering at All
Easy to miss behind the welcome pack, and on its own terms the cleanest money on the site.
Referring a friend pays a lifetime commission on their slot bets, calculated as one minus the game RTP, multiplied by total bets, divided by two, multiplied by your commission rate. Only slot bets count. Both sides also get 50 free spins once a referred friend has deposited $20 in total.
The part that matters is clause 6.6: the referral balance can be moved to your wallet and used for betting or withdrawn without any wagering requirements. No multiple, no payout limit, no conversion. A tier structure runs up to 50 referred friends, and there is a separate weekly tournament ranked by how many new users register through your link.
If you plan to refer more than a few people, clause 6.11 says you can ask support for a higher commission rate. Self referral freezes every account involved.
Tournaments and Jackpots
Wager tournaments are ranked by the total amount of real money wagered during the event rather than by what you win. The detail that costs people places is in 8.2: bets made with bonus funds do not qualify unless the tournament says otherwise, so clearing a welcome bonus does not move you up a leaderboard.
Prizes are paid as free spins, SND or cash, and anything credited as SND arrives under the bonus rules above, including the reset clause. Rewards land within 24 hours of a tournament ending.
Four progressive jackpot pools run alongside the games, entered by qualifying bets at rising thresholds, and drawn at random rather than by combination. The pools are funded by the qualifying bets themselves, which is why the entry threshold and the maximum move together. A jackpot credited in SND sits under the same reset rule as any other bonus money, so a winner should ask support how the two interact before touching the account.
Licence and Operator
Snatch does not name its licence anywhere in the terms. Clause 1.2 is the whole of the statement, describing the site as a duly authorised casino operator acting in accordance with applicable legislation, without naming the authority or the legislation, and there is no governing law clause in the document.
The licence does exist. The operator is Goodwin N.V., a Curacao company with registration number 151353, holding online gaming licence OGL/2024/758/0228 from the Curacao Gaming Authority, issued on 24 January 2026 with indefinite status. That is not taken from the casino. It is in the regulator’s own public licence register, which anyone can download and search.
So the accurate criticism is not that Snatch is unlicensed. It is that Snatch makes a player work to find out who regulates it, and most players will not. What a Curacao licence is worth is a fair question on its own, and the 2024 regime that replaced the old master licence system is a real improvement on what came before, but none of that helps a reader who cannot find the number.
What it does mean in practice is that there is a regulator to escalate to. Complaining about a casino works through whoever licenses it, and here that is the Curacao Gaming Authority rather than the dead end clause 15.3 describes, which sends disputes to a regulator the terms never name. Clause 15.4 still makes the casino’s own server logs the final authority in any dispute between you and them.
Withdrawal Limits
The limits are published, which is more than many operators manage. The minimum withdrawal is $25, the maximum is $500 per transaction, and clause 7.15 sets a general daily limit of $1,000 for all players, liftable only by individual agreement with a personal manager.
So a $10,000 balance takes ten days and twenty separate requests to move, and the VIP pack’s payout limit of ten times a $15,000 bonus is a figure the daily limit would take years to release. Processing is given as up to 72 hours before the payment method’s own time applies.
Every deposit must also be played through three times before any withdrawal, with or without a bonus. Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with. Why casinos set withdrawal limits covers the reasoning, and the faster paying casinos are the comparison to make if speed is what you are optimising for.
Verification, and What It Takes to Close an Account
Verification is required at the first withdrawal and can be repeated at any time without explanation. Until the account is fully verified, no payouts are processed, and clause 7.10 allows a phone call to the number on the account as part of it.
Clause 7.16 adds a Provider Check or Financial Review, during which Snatch may suspend withdrawals, deposits, gameplay or account access without prior notice, and the outcome is described as final and binding. No duration is published for it.
The unusual clause is 10.1, which covers closing your account. Snatch may require up to date documents, a confirmation of the source of your funds, a high resolution selfie holding your documents, and an interview over Google Meet or Zoom, even if you have already been verified. Failing to attend a scheduled interview counts as refusing verification.
That is a heavier exit process than most casinos publish, and it is a reason to complete verification early rather than at the point you want your money out.
Responsible Gambling Tools Are Thin Here
Worth saying plainly, because it is the section most review pages skip.
Section 8 of the terms covers responsible gaming in a single clause, and it deals only with self exclusion: request it and the account is closed, with the casino making reasonable efforts to prevent new accounts and accepting no responsibility for losses on any that are opened. Clause 6.8 says a player who wants to limit their play can set a limit in their account or email support.
Against that, clause 6.7 states that deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits made through crypto payment systems, because of how those systems work. On a casino where crypto is the primary funding method, that removes the most effective limit from most of the deposits.
There is no stated cooling off period, no reality check and no session limit in the published terms. If deposit control matters to you, that is a real gap, and it is one a Curacao licence does not close the way an EU licence would. National self exclusion registers work independently of any one casino and cover every operator licensed in your country, which is the stronger option if you need one.
A Forgotten Account Costs at Least $100 a Month
Six consecutive months without logging in makes an account dormant. The fee is then 5% of the balance or $100 flat, whichever is greater, charged at the start of every month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. After 48 months the remaining balance is confiscated.
Because the $100 is a floor rather than a cap, it is the binding figure on any balance under $2,000. An account left with $300 in it is empty in three months. The answer is to withdraw what you are not using rather than leave it sitting, and the other charges worth checking are usually the conversion costs rather than the casino’s own.
Is Snatch Worth an Account
The cashback and the referral programme are the strong parts, and they are stronger than the welcome pack. Twenty percent across two programmes, paid in real money, with no payout limit and 3x to clear is a better standing offer than most sites carry. A referral balance withdrawable with no wagering at all is rarer still. The Newcomer Marathon sits alongside them as something no competitor is running.
The welcome pack is ordinary once the numbers are visible, with one genuine advantage: the 200% first step is the best value in the pack and it opens at €9, so the cheapest way in is also the best one. Thirty times deposit plus bonus is heavy but common, and five times the bonus is a normal payout limit.
What to weigh against it: a licence the casino never mentions, no governing law clause, $1,000 a day out, a video interview to close an account, a dormancy fee starting at $100 a month, and a responsible gambling section that runs to one clause while deposit limits do not apply to crypto. If crypto is how you deposit, the wider crypto casino list is worth reading first, and the checks worth running before trusting any casino are quick, and Snatch passes the one that matters most once you know where to look.
