Bonuses
Betflare runs a three step welcome package, two weekly reloads and a weekly cashback tied to a thirty level VIP ladder. Only one bonus can be active at a time.
The constants are 40x the bonus in wagering, a €5 maximum bet, ten days from activation, and a payout capped at five times the bonus. The headline is at least internally honest: 250% up to €2,000 with 300 free spins all come from the same route through the package, which is more than several competitors can say.
The cashback runs on different numbers entirely, and it is the better offer on the site.
Casino Welcome Bonus
Three deposits, all from a €25 minimum, taken in sequence.
The percentages go 100, 50, 100, so the dip is in the middle rather than at the end. What that hides is that the middle step carries double the cap of the other two, at €1,000 against €500.
So the deposit that fills each step is very different. The first and third are finished at €500 deposited. The second needs €2,000. If you size deposits by what maxes an offer rather than by what you want in play, that is the number that matters.
What the Percentage Actually Decides
Both the wagering and the payout limit are worked out from the bonus rather than your deposit. So €100 of bonus means €4,000 to bet and a €500 limit on every deposit offer here.
The percentage only changes how much of your own money buys that €100: €100 on the first and third steps, €200 on the second, €286 on the Wednesday reload.
The one real difference is the size an offer can reach. The second step is the only one that can produce a €1,000 bonus, and so the only one whose payout limit reaches €5,000. Everything else stops at €2,500. Whether you can actually take €5,000 out is a separate question, covered below.
Weekly Reloads
Wednesday Rewards pays 35% up to €500 with 60 free spins on your first deposit that day. Super Savings Weekend pays 50% up to €500 with 50 free spins on your first deposit between Friday and Sunday.
Both run on the same 40x, the same €5 maximum bet and the same ten days. The weekend offer is the better rate, needing €200 deposited for €100 of bonus against €286 on the Wednesday. What Wednesday has is the larger spin drop at 60, delivered 30 a day rather than 25.
Cashback Is the Best Offer Here, Within Limits
Cashback pays a share of your weekly losses, credited automatically every Monday, net of bonuses, withdrawals and the previous week’s cashback. The minimum payout is €1.
What makes it stand out is the terms. Cashback wagers at 20x and converts at ten times the bonus, where every deposit bonus on the site wagers at 40x and converts at five times.
Take €100 of each. As cashback you bet €2,000 and can withdraw up to €1,000. As a deposit bonus you bet €4,000 and can withdraw up to €500. Half the play for twice the payout limit, and no deposit condition attached, since it is calculated on losses already taken.

Free Spins Arrive 25 a Day
Spins come in daily batches, and each batch has to be activated within 24 hours of landing. The welcome steps and the weekend reload deliver 25 a day, the Wednesday reload 30.
So 100 spins is four days and four separate visits. A batch you miss is not reissued.
Spin winnings carry the same 40x as the cash bonus, and whatever they return, the most that can reach your real balance from them is €100. The game weighting is blunt rather than graduated: slots count 100% and everything else counts nothing. Table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps are all at 0%.
Licence and Who Runs It
Betflare is operated by Fortuna Games N.V., a Curacao company, under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/112/0974.
Fortuna Games is a large operator, running more than twenty casino brands from the same licence. That has two sides to it. Withdrawal Limits Are Set by Your VIP Level
Betflare states withdrawal limits in two places, and both are worth knowing before you plan around a big result.
The general terms set a standard of €2,500 to €5,000 per week depending on your player level, with separate arrangements for VIP players and for unusually large wins, agreed through a VIP manager.
The VIP page lists a withdrawal limit against each of the thirty levels, from €500 at the bottom rising in steps to €2,000 at level 15, above which it is individually agreed.
Either figure leads to the same practical point. A maxed second deposit bonus allows a payout of up to €5,000 and every other offer allows up to €2,500, so a genuinely large win arrives over one or two weeks rather than in a single transfer. Verification, and What Triggers It
Betflare publishes a detailed anti money laundering policy, which is more than most offshore casinos do, and the thresholds in it are worth knowing before you deposit rather than after.
Verification runs in three stages. Stage one applies to everybody before any withdrawal: name, date of birth, gender, country and full address. Stage two triggers at €2,000 deposited or withdrawn, and needs a photo of your ID alongside a handwritten six digit code, plus a second photo of your face. Stage three triggers at €5,000 and asks for source of wealth.
Deposits and withdrawals are held until the relevant stage is complete, and an account that reaches €5,000 is frozen until source of wealth is provided. Those thresholds drop for players from countries the operator classes as medium risk, to roughly €1,000 and €2,500. Converting crypto into another currency moves a low risk player into the medium risk bracket.
One practical rule from the same policy: you must withdraw using the method you deposited with, at least up to the value of your deposit.
Tournaments
Betflare runs several tournaments at a time, and the scoring is worth understanding because it is not the system most casinos use.
Every spin in a qualifying game scores one point. A winning spin then scores on the size of its multiplier rather than the size of your stake: five points for a win up to 4x, 25 points for 10x to 24x, 250 points for 100x to 249x, and 2,500 points for anything above 1,000x.
Stake size does not enter the calculation anywhere. A five cent spin that lands 1,000x scores the same 2,500 points as a five euro spin that lands 1,000x. With qualifying bets starting as low as five cents, that makes these races genuinely open to small stakes. The VIP Ladder

The first half is reachable. Level 6 needs 83 experience points and lifts cashback to 12%. Level 16 needs 8,958 and brings 15% cashback, a personal manager and individually set withdrawal limits.
The top is a different matter. Level 27 needs 533,958 points. Level 30, the one that pays the advertised 35%, needs 20,000,000, which is roughly thirty seven times as much. The advertised top rate is real but it is not one any ordinary player will see.
A realistic reading: treat 13% as the achievable rate for a regular player and 15% as the target worth aiming at, since that is where the withdrawal limit stops being fixed. Birthday and New Year gifts run from €2 at the bottom to €150 at level 15.
