Verde Casino Names Its Licence, Its Company and Its Courts
Clause 2.1 of the terms states it in one sentence. The site is owned and operated by Wiraon B.V., registered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curacao, with registration number 146886, licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/686/0183. Payments are handled by Briantie Limited, registered in Cyprus under HE 385770, acting as an authorised agent for Wiraon B.V.
Clause 28.1 adds the part most offshore terms leave out: the agreement is governed by the law of Curacao and disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curacao courts. So there is a named company, a named regulator, a licence number and a named legal system, all in the operator’s own document.
