Stupid Casino, and the Joke That Stops at the Terms
Stupid Casino is a slots and live casino site operated by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL under an Anjouan licence, and it has built an entire brand voice around not taking itself seriously. The welcome page promises bonuses “so ridiculous, they will make your head spin faster than a roulette wheel on espresso.” The VIP levels are called Good Boy, Master Blaster and King of the Castle.
The terms are not written in that voice at all, and the gap between the two is where this review spends most of its time.
Three conditions shape every offer on the site and none of them appears on a promotion page. Every bonus is sticky, so it is a playing stake rather than money you keep. The most that leaves the account is five times the bonus you received, which is a fixed figure per offer and does not grow with your deposit. And around a hundred and ten named slots are shut while a bonus is live, alongside four whole categories.
What makes the site worth a careful look anyway is that the offers underneath are real: no wagering on anything, a three step package worth a thousand euro, a weekly free spin promotion and a cashback that pays four tenths of one percent of everything you bet. Wager free bonuses available where you are is the shelf this belongs on.
A Thousand Euro Across Three Deposits, and the Middle One Is Different
The welcome package runs over your first three deposits, claimed in that order, each with its own code.
FIRST pays 100% up to 300 euro. SECOND pays 50% up to 400 euro. THIRD pays 100% up to 300 euro. The minimum deposit on each is 20 euro.
Two of the three are the same offer. The middle one is not, and it behaves differently in both directions at once: it has the largest bonus in the package and the worst rate in it. At 50% it takes an 800 euro deposit to reach the 400 euro cap, where each 100% step reaches its 300 euro cap on a 300 euro deposit.
Filling all three costs 1,400 euro of deposits and returns 1,000 euro of bonus, a blended 71%, which is a strong figure for a package with no wagering attached. At a more realistic 300 euro a step the three deposits total 900 euro and return 750 euro, because the middle step only pays 150 on that.
The order is enforced. Skipping a step forfeits the winnings and returns the deposit, and the code has to be selected in the cashier before the deposit is confirmed rather than after. The welcome offers open to players in your country is where this package sits against the rest.
Depositing More Than the Fill Buys Nothing at All
This is the arithmetic that decides how much this site is worth to you, and it works differently here from most places.
The exit limit on every deposit bonus is five times the bonus you received, not five times what you put in. Because each bonus is capped, the exit is a fixed number you can read off in advance: 1,500 euro on each 100% step, 2,000 euro on the 50% step, and 750 euro on the Saturday offer.
So the second step, the weakest rate in the package, carries the highest exit limit in it. And once a deposit reaches the fill, every euro above it raises nothing: not the bonus, which is capped, and not the exit, which is five times that capped bonus. A 2,000 euro first deposit and a 300 euro first deposit buy the same 300 euro bonus and the same 1,500 euro exit.
The terms work it through themselves, which is unusually direct. Deposit 100, get 100, win 400, hold 600; request a withdrawal, the 100 bonus is removed, and 500 leaves. That is exactly five times the bonus. Bonuses built for larger deposits is the better shelf for anyone the fill figures do not suit.
No Wagering, and the Bonus Is Still Not Yours
There are no wagering requirements on the welcome package or on the Saturday reload. Nothing to clear, no multiple, no rollover.
What replaces it is the sticky rule, and it does the same job from the other end. The bonus is deducted from your balance the moment you request a withdrawal, which means it never converts to cash at any point and no amount of play turns it into your money. It is a stake you are lent to play with, and finishing anything does not change that.
Put the two together and the shape is clear: there is no point of conversion to aim at, and the only decision that matters is when to stop. What sticky actually means on a bonus balance goes through the mechanic properly, and casinos whose bonuses are not sticky is the alternative for anyone who wants the bonus to become theirs.
Your Own Money Is Spent First
Clause 11 of the bonus terms is one line long and almost nobody reads it: “When you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance.”
On a site with wagering requirements that order is a detail. Here it decides the whole session.
Your deposit is spent before the bonus is touched. So the last money standing in a losing session is bonus money, which is the money that gets removed if you then request a withdrawal. And through all of it the bonus is still live, which means the four euro bet limit and the closed games apply to your own deposit as much as to the bonus.
How a bonus balance and a real money balance behave differently is the background, and the practical version is short: on this site the restrictions arrive with the deposit, not with the bonus.
Silly Saturday, and the Hundred Euro Nobody Mentions
The Saturday offer is 100% up to 150 euro with code WICKED, claimable once each Saturday between 00:00 and 23:59 CET, with no wagering. A 150 euro deposit fills it.
Two conditions sit behind it and only one is on the promotion page.
The published one: you must have claimed the complete welcome package, all three deposits, before you are eligible. This is not a standalone weekend offer and a new player cannot take it first.
The unpublished one is clause 46.1, and it is the sharpest condition on the site. Claiming the Saturday bonus without also making an ordinary deposit during the week is treated as irregular play. You must deposit at least 100 euro during the week for slot winnings from the Saturday bonus to stand, and 300 euro if you play table games with it. Fail that and “winnings generated with Silly Saturday Bonuses will be forfeited and deposit returned.”
The table games figure is strange on its own terms, because table games are on the forbidden list while any bonus is active. The slots figure is the one that will catch people: a player who deposits only on Saturdays, which is exactly what a Saturday offer encourages, is the player this clause is written about. Against the weekly reload offers running in your country, that is an unusual price for a Saturday match.
The Tuesday Ladder Pays Best at the Bottom
Every Tuesday, one of three codes turns a deposit into free spins on the slot of the month, currently The VIP.
GIMME25 gives 25 spins for 20 to 49 euro. GIMME50 gives 50 spins for 50 to 99 euro. GIMME100 gives 100 spins for 100 euro or more.
At the bottom of each band that is 1.25 spins per euro, then 1.0, then 1.0, so the entry tier is the best rate in the whole promotion and the ladder gets slightly worse as you climb rather than better. There is no reward for a bigger deposit beyond more spins at the same price.
The cliffs inside the bands are where the money goes. A 49 euro deposit returns the same 25 spins as a 20 euro one, which is 0.51 spins per euro, and 99 euro returns the same 50 as 50 euro does. Deposit exactly 20, 50 or 100 and nothing in between.
Two conditions do not appear in the offer panels. It attaches to the first deposit you make that Tuesday and to no later one, so a morning top up has spent the week. And winnings from the spins cap at 250 euro. Free spin offers available where you are is the comparison, and what actually happens to free spin winnings is the mechanic underneath.
The Wager Free Promise Has a Clause Behind It
The Tuesday promotion page says the spins are wager free three separate times, and clause 48 of the bonus terms agrees.
Clause 53 then says this: “We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy.”
Both clauses are in the same document, four lines apart. The honest reading is that the spins are wager free as the default and the casino has written itself a discretionary override, tied to anti money laundering rather than to anything the player controls. It is not a hidden rollover on every claim, and it is not nothing either.
Separately, free spins issued alongside a deposit bonus carry a requirement to wager the generating deposit once, which is a different thing and applies across the site. That requirement is calculated on the deposit rather than on the spin winnings.
Unlimited Cashback, Capped at Two Hundred and Fifty Euro
The cashback page opens with “At Stupid Casino there are no limits and no restrictions.” Clause 36 of the bonus terms sets the maximum cashback payout at 250 euro.
The rate itself is published clearly and the arithmetic checks out. Every 10 euro bet earns one point, 25 points convert to one euro, which is 0.4% of everything you stake. The terms give the worked example themselves: 1,000 euro of betting returns 4 euro. Minimum payout is 1 euro, which takes 250 euro of betting to reach.
Four tenths of one percent is a respectable rate for a rebate that pays on every bet rather than only on losses, and it is better than several sites covered here manage. It is also the number to hold in your head rather than the word unlimited: reaching the 250 euro cap would take 62,500 euro of betting.
It is slots only. Live casino, virtual games, table games and video poker earn nothing, and you claim it yourself from the Cashback section of your profile rather than waiting for it to arrive. The rate can be compared against the cashback offers open to players in your country, and the mechanic behind it is how a rebate on total bets is calculated.
Cashback and Bonuses Never Run at the Same Time
Clause 35 is short and it changes how the cashback should be read: “Cashback can’t be combined with any other bonuses or promotions. If you have an active bonus no cashback can be earned.”
Now set that beside how long a bonus stays active here, which is until a withdrawal request has been processed. A player working through the three step welcome package has a bonus live across all three deposits and everything played with them, and earns no cashback for any of it.
So the two offers are alternatives rather than a package. The cashback is what the site gives a player who has finished with bonuses, and the welcome offer is what it gives one who has not started. Nothing on either page says so.
Crypto Cashback, and the One Times It Does Not Mention
Lose a cryptocurrency deposit and Stupid Casino will return 10% of it, which is the highest rate on the site by a distance.
Three things about it are only in the terms. It has to be requested, on live chat, quoting the code CRYPTO CASHBACK, and nothing is credited automatically. It has to be wagered once before any withdrawal, under clause 69, which the promotion page does not mention while describing the offer. And winnings from it cap at 500 euro.
There is also a discrepancy in what counts. The promotion page lists Bitcoin Cash, Monero and Zcash among the supported coins; the cashier does not accept any of the three. The cashier accepts USD Coin, Tron, Solana and Dogecoin; the promotion page does not list them. Six coins are on both lists: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether and Binance Coin. Those six are the ones to use if you want this offer without an argument.
Those six are also the coins accepted everywhere else on the site, so nothing is lost by sticking to them. Crypto bonuses available in your country is the comparison for the rate.
Around a Hundred and Ten Slots Are Shut While a Bonus Is Live
This is the condition most likely to cost someone money here, and it is published in full, twice, in the same document.
Clause 16 names 108 individual slots that cannot be played while any bonus is active. Clause 23 repeats the list and names 102. The two copies do not match: six titles appear only on the longer one, including The Dog House Megaways, Reactoonz 2, Rick And Morty Megaways, Serengeti Kings, Snake Arena and Vikings Voyage. One entry on the longer list runs two game names together with no comma between them.
Treat the longer list as the live one. The penalty for breaching it is forfeiture of the bonus and everything won with it, so the cost of assuming a game is allowed is far higher than the cost of assuming it is not.
The list reaches deep into what people actually play: Sweet Bonanza, The Dog House, Book of Dead, Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2, Big Bad Wolf, Immortal Romance, Mega Moolah, Money Train, Reactoonz, Starburst-era NetEnt classics like Dazzle Me and Twin Spin, Guns n Roses, Koi Princess, Victorious and most of the Megaways catalogue.
Clause 16.1 says the blocked games are shut off by the system automatically once a bonus is active, which is the protection that matters and is better than a list with no enforcement behind it. Why casinos exclude or discount particular games is the background. These are not discounted games, though: there is no wagering for them to count toward, so they are simply closed.
Four Euro a Round, and Four Categories Closed
While any bonus is active the maximum bet is 4 euro, 4 US dollars, 6 Canadian dollars or 40 Norwegian crowns per spin or game round. Going over forfeits the bonus and the winnings, including winnings from other games played during the same period.
Four categories close alongside the named slots: jackpot games, table games, video poker and the live casino. Bonus buy features are barred too, with the same forfeiture penalty.
The live casino closure is the one to notice, because Stupid Casino sells live dealer tables as a headline product and no bonus on the site can be played on them. If live dealer play is what you came for, start from the live casinos available in your country instead.
All of it runs until a withdrawal request is processed. The terms give two slightly different triggers in adjacent clauses, one saying the restrictions lift when the request is made and the other when it is processed, and processed is the later of the two and the safe one to plan around.
Skrill and Neteller Deposits Get No Bonus at All
Clause 12.1 is a single line in the general bonus terms: “Deposits made with Skrill, Skrill Rapid Transfer or Neteller do not qualify for deposit bonuses.”
All three are offered in the cashier with no warning attached, and none of the five promotion pages repeats the exclusion. A player who funds an account with Skrill out of habit, enters a code and expects a match will not get one.
It is a common restriction across the industry and an uncommonly quiet one here. Casinos by payment method in your country is the filter if a particular wallet is how you prefer to pay.
Twenty Two Deposit Methods and Not One Fee
The deposit side is published in full, every method with its own limit, and every single one charges 0% and credits instantly.
Visa, Mastercard and Jeton run to 5,000 euro. MiFinity 2,500. Revolut 2,000. Yaspa, Contiant, Instant Banking, BLIK and MB Way 1,000. Rapid Transfer 800. Apple Pay and Google Pay 750. Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, EPS and Bancontact 500. Interac runs to 3,000 Canadian dollars and Pix to 4,500 Brazilian real. Cashlib is the outlier at 10 to 100 euro, the only method that starts under twenty and the only one that stops under five hundred.
Cryptocurrency has no minimum and no maximum on the way in.
One inconsistency: the deposits page lists US dollars as an account currency and the withdrawals page lists Australian dollars instead, and neither lists both. Confirm the currency at registration rather than from either page, because it cannot be changed afterwards. Low minimum deposit casinos where you are is the shelf for anyone starting small.
A Thousand a Time, Five Thousand a Week, Ten Thousand a Month
The withdrawal side is published just as fully, and it is tighter than the deposit side by a wide margin.
Every method caps a single withdrawal at 1,000 euro. Cryptocurrency caps at 2,000. Above that sit a 5,000 euro weekly limit and a 10,000 euro monthly limit, with exceptions at management discretion for higher VIP levels. Anything above 10,000 euro can be paid in instalments with no interest.
Set that against the bonuses. A filled second welcome step allows 2,000 euro out, which is two card withdrawals inside one week and comfortable. The limits only bind on a result the exit caps mostly prevent in the first place, so for a bonus player they are less restrictive than they look.
The speed and the fees are good. No fee on any method either way, minimum 30 euro, cards and wallets in up to 24 hours and bank transfers in up to 48. A withdrawal is approved or declined within 2 business days, and if the money has not arrived within 10 business days the casino owes you a reason. The casinos that pay out fastest and in the largest amounts is the comparison, and what a per transaction cap does to a large win puts the figure in context.
Two general rules apply before any of it: every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is possible, and payouts return to the method the money came from.
What Verification Asks For, and What It Rejects
Verification is automated and triggered by a deposit threshold. An email arrives with upload links, the account is flagged until the documents clear, and no withdrawal is processed before it is complete.
Two documents are needed: photographic identity, and proof of address dated within the previous six months. A passport, photocard driving licence, national identity card or other government photo document satisfies the first. A city tax bill, inland revenue bill, utility bill, bank statement, insurance certificate or letter from a government body satisfies the second.
A mobile phone bill is rejected outright, because it is not tied to an address. It is the single most common reason a first attempt fails.
The deadline is firm. Thirty days from the first request, after which deposits, gameplay and withdrawals are all switched off until the documents arrive. Source of wealth is required above 10,000 US dollars of cumulative deposits. What casinos ask for at verification and why runs through the whole process.
The Licence, and the Four Countries the Terms Leave Out
Stupid Casino is operated by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-916426, registered at Avenidas 8 & 10, Calle 39, LY Center, San Jose. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
The licensing body confirms it. Its own validation page names stupidcasino.com as a registered website under that licence and shows the operating status as valid. The same page sets out what the operator has to maintain to keep it: an independent dispute resolution service reachable after the internal complaints process, anti money laundering compliance, responsible gambling tools including self exclusion and deposit limits, and certified random number generators on every game.
It also publishes something the casino does not. The licence does not extend to Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the United States, or to countries on international watchlists and sanctions lists, and the licensing body states that complaints from players in those territories fall outside the licence entirely and will not be entertained.
Compare that with the casino’s own barred country list, which runs to around thirty six territories and includes the United Kingdom and the United States. Australia, France, the Netherlands and Spain are not on it. A player in one of those four could register and deposit under the operator’s own terms while sitting outside the protection the licence provides. What an offshore licence does and does not give a player is set out on our page of casinos by licensing jurisdiction.
Complaints run through support, then an internal dispute team, then the independent service reachable from the site seal, and finally the Anjouan Gaming Commission, no sooner than 7 days and no later than 6 months after the matter arose. Governing law is Anjouan, so the regulator and the dispute forum sit in the same place. The sequence in general is in our guide to how to escalate a casino complaint.
The VIP Club Publishes Its Rates and Hides Its Door
Three levels, each with a published cashback rate: Good Boy at 5%, Master Blaster at 7% and King of the Castle at 10%. Members also get a personal manager, weekly or daily free spins, custom bonus offers and, notably, “selected offers with fewer game restrictions.”
Publishing the rates is more than most VIP programmes manage, and 10% cashback with no wagering is a genuinely strong benefit if you reach it.
How you reach it is left unanswered on purpose. The casino’s own page asks how to become a VIP and replies: “That remains a mystery.” There are no wagering thresholds, no deposit figures and no automatic qualification. Players are watched and contacted when the casino decides, and you are invited to make your own case to support.
So the rates can be compared against another site’s and the cost of reaching them cannot. One figure the terms do add: winnings from VIP cashback cap at 500 euro, and VIP status also lifts the no deposit bonus cap from 50 euro to 100.
Self Exclusion Stops at This Site
The responsible gambling tools are the standard set and they work the way they should. A deposit limit takes effect immediately when you lower it and only after 24 hours when you raise or remove it, which is the right way round. Self exclusion is arranged through support, your balance stays in the account, and you can ask for it back.
One clause deserves emphasis because it is easy to miss and it matters more here than at a single brand site. A self exclusion applies only to the casino you request it on and does not extend to any other brand run by the same operator. Wild Blackfin Limited SRL runs several sites.
Two practical notes from the same section. A request sent by email or through the site seal only takes effect once you receive a confirmation email, and deposits made in the meantime are not refundable, so live chat is the route if you want it to apply immediately. And reopening afterwards requires a responsible gambling questionnaire rather than a click.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment, stop and talk to someone today rather than at the end of the session. Your national helpline and the self exclusion schemes listed on our country pages are free, confidential and open to anyone.
Dormant Accounts, Tournament Prizes and the Rest of the Small Print
Four smaller conditions, each of which has cost someone somewhere real money.
A dormant account is charged 5 euro a month. An account with a real money balance and no transactions for six consecutive months becomes dormant; the casino may email you a month before it happens, and the administrative fee starts after that.
Bonus money is removed after two months without a login. A separate clock from the dormancy one, and a shorter one.
A tournament prize cannot be played with. Clause 64 requires the prize amount to be withdrawn and restricts playing with it, and anything won from a prize amount is forfeited. Stupid Casino runs tournaments and publishes no other terms for them.
No deposit winnings must not touch your real money balance. Clause 65 reserves the right to cancel all winnings if the two are mixed. The no deposit cap is 50 euro normally, 100 for VIP players, and 20 euro for a code picked up on a third party site, which is the figure that applies to most no deposit codes anyone finds. No deposit offers available in your country is the shelf, with that caveat attached.
Three Country Lists, and They Do Not Overlap
Where you live decides three separate things here, and each is governed by its own list.
Who cannot register, from the general terms: around thirty six territories including the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Israel, Cyprus, Slovenia, South Africa, Russia and Vietnam, plus Comoros, Curaçao and Costa Rica, which are the regulator’s own island and the company’s own country.
Who cannot claim the first deposit bonus, from clause 12: Bulgaria, Brazil, China, Chile, Estonia, Georgia, India, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, Armenia and the United States. Fourteen of those fifteen can register and deposit perfectly well and will never see the welcome package.
Who cannot claim the Tuesday free spins, from clause 57: Bulgaria, China, Estonia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Romania and the United States. A shorter list, and Brazil, Chile, Japan, Mexico, Peru and Armenia are on the bonus list but not this one, so those six get the Tuesday spins and not the welcome offer.
Brazil and Japan are the markets this catches hardest, both large, both open for registration and deposits, both shut out of the headline offer. Bonuses available by country and why the same casino runs different offers in different places are the two places to settle what applies to you.
Is Stupid Casino Worth It
For the right player, yes, and the right player is a specific one.
What is genuinely good here: three welcome steps with no wagering at all, blended at 71% across 1,400 euro of deposits; a Saturday reload at a full 100% match; a free spin promotion whose entry tier is its best rate, so a 20 euro deposit is not the poor relation; a cashback at 0.4% of every bet, win or lose, with the arithmetic published and a worked example that checks out; 10% back on a lost crypto deposit; a licence confirmed on the licensing body’s own page, naming this website and showing it valid; VIP cashback rates published rather than hinted at; blocked games shut off automatically by the system; zero fees on every method in both directions; and withdrawals decided in two business days with a published fallback.
What it costs: every bonus is sticky, so none of it becomes your money; the exit is five times the bonus, which means depositing above the fill buys nothing; around a hundred and ten named slots are closed while a bonus is live, published twice in versions that do not match; the live casino is shut to bonus play on a site that sells live dealer tables; four euro a round reaches your own deposit too, and your own deposit is spent first; the Saturday offer carries an unpublished hundred euro weekly deposit condition; the wager free Tuesday spins carry a discretionary five times override; unlimited cashback is capped at 250 euro; the crypto cashback has to be requested and wagered once; Skrill and Neteller deposits get no bonus; and the VIP club will not say what it takes.
The brand voice is a joke and the terms are not, but they are at least complete: every condition above is published somewhere on the site rather than missing, which is what lets a player plan around them. The player this suits is one who deposits to the fill figure and no further, plays slots off the closed list, takes the cashback rather than the bonuses once the welcome package is done, and treats the headline numbers as the limit rather than the target. The alternatives sit beside it on real money casinos available in your country.
Gambling should cost you only what you decided to spend before you started. 18 and over.
